I’ve enjoyed the physical side of Yoga since I was about 12, fascinated by grace and beauty of movement of the VHS recorded practices. Since the young years I have been searching for what makes yoga so irresistible. I’ve practiced Vinyasa, fell in love with Bikram, got addicted to Ashtanga. It took years of practice and courses to truly understand what this practice is truly trying to teach us.
Before stepping fully into this work, I spent years in the business world, moving quickly and constantly striving for more. I know the pressure, the pace, and the unspoken expectation to hold everything together. That lived experience helps me meet my clients where they are, with practical tools that translate into real life—not just theory or philosophy. While respecting the ancient tradition of where it all began.
My personal path has shaped my approach deeply. With a very loud mind, I was searching for healing in movement - not just through asana practice, but through motorbikes or skydiving — spaces where everything else falls away and only presence remains. Those moments of absolute stillness inside intensity helped me rebuild trust in myself and reconnect with freedom and focus. They’re reminders that we are capable of far more than we think when we learn to breathe, ground, and let go of what holds us back.
But I’ve learned to truly feel that sense of embodiment, you don’t need outside stimuli. You just need to listen, and with the right tools, you will hear.
One of core parts of my philosophy is that we’re not separate from nature; we are nature. The elements that shape the world around us live within us too. When we remember that, we stop feeling like we have to earn our place through achievement—we belong simply because we exist. My work is about guiding people back to that truth, helping them listen to their internal landscape and tune into the grounding rhythms that are always there.
For the past six years, I’ve been guiding yoga, somatic practices, and nature-based retreats across Scotland and online —from outdoor classes in Glasgow to deep immersive retreats on the Isle of Skye that welcome people from around the world. No matter the setting, my mission remains the same: to help people come back to breath, understand control they have over their body and mind, and feel the profound sense of belonging.
I’m continually learning and expanding - over the past few years I’ve been regularly diving into the latest research to provide my clients intelligent and informed practice, which became the core of my work. Wellbeing rooted in tradition, filtered by science.
