1:1 Online Sessions

I know how loud life can become, especially when we finally stop. The noise of expectations, “musts,” and unspoken pressures can feel endless. My intention is to create a space where people feel safe to soften, to be seen without judgement, and to step out of the chaos long enough to hear what’s real within them. And build the capacity to come back to this space whenever needed. Sessions are fully personalised to you. I take time to get to know you, your superpowers and any challenges you are facing. Together we work through different tools that with time, become your pathways to self regulation and grounding. The goal is for you to be in control.

I currently teach regular Yoga Classes in Dunvegan, Isle of Skye on Saturdays at 9.30am. Classes are energising and informative, with intention of empowering you to tune in more closely to your body and understand its signals. And to find the peace beneath the surface of noise. Even just for a minute or two. Classes are Vinyasa style, open to all levels.

I also offer special classes and workshops on request. This summer you can find me offering deep muscle release classes for the participants of Skye Half Marathon.

Wellness Retreats

Retreats combine all of my life’s work and passion into one wholesome week, shared with strangers that build truly meaningful connections. I’ve organised 10 retreats so far and it was a delight to see the same faces coming back for 2nd, 3rd and even 4th time for many of you. One of the core parts of my philosophy is that we’re not separate from nature; we are nature. The elements that shape the world around us live within us too. When we remember that, we stop feeling like we have to earn our place through achievement—we belong simply because we exist. Isle of Skye is just the perfect space to explore deeper connection to nature’s elements. Rooted in Ayurvedic rituals.
